Definition and review of the Application Management strategy, for SAP and other business applications.
Design of new services/ service components/ tools in the application management area.
Innovation lead for the application management area.
Maintenance and further development of templates for service certificates and presentations.
Support with pre-sales activities for new customers in the Application Management area.
Partial/project management of customer or internal projects.
Support of the strategic development of the Managed Services area
