Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring consistent, prompt, and accurate support.
Analyze customer data to proactively reach out and improve customer experiences and outcomes throughout their journey.
Apply project management skills to brainstorm and implement strategies that enhance overall customer success.
Promote the value and benefits of our services, and up-sell or cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction.
Work across teams to represent the customer's voice to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Build strong partnerships and effectively manage relationships to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Native proficiency in Finnish.
Advanced English skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
Experience in managing expectations and de-escalating challenging situations.
Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to relocate to Athens.
