18 Months Fixed Contract Term
This is an entry level position.
- Understanding complex risk workflows in ecommerce transaction system.
- Manage sensitive customer data while adhering to strict security and privacy rule.
- Identifying and analysing fraudulent patterns.
- Using platform tools and utilize open source for in-depth investigation to identify suspect. In addition, apply preventive measures.
- Active engagement in team communication and provide guidance to peers as appropriate.
- Adhering and keeping track to platform KPIs related to accuracy, decision time and productivity.
- Using advance statistical methods to unravel deep insights.
- Assist to develop documentation, coordinating and implementing guidelines, training and helping colleagues with new tools onboarding.
- Propose preventive measures, process enhancements, and improve tool functionality.
- Actively provide feedback for process/ platform improvement.
