Telecommunications Analysts At least five (5) years of experience in telecommunications system analysis and design; programming; and program design of billing, trouble ticket management, service order entry, and/or configuration management systems supporting operations of government and public safety agencies. Sample Duties: Planning, analysis, design, development, and maintenance of telecommunications systems; analysis in support of telecommunications support functions including billing, trouble ticket management, service order planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools
