We run four global summits per year, alongside a fast-growing digital media platform.

The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own audience growth and conversion across our global events.

This role sits directly with the Head of Marketing. You will build the plan and execute it.

You will own the full funnel:

  • audience segmentation
  • campaign execution
  • paid acquisition
  • email conversion

This is not a coordination role.
You are responsible for results.

What You’ll Own

1. Full-Funnel Growth

  • Build and execute marketing strategies tied to event revenue
  • Define audience segments (attendees, sponsors, investors, speakers)
  • Identify and scale new acquisition channels

2. Email & CRM (Core Channel)

  • Own lifecycle marketing in HubSpot
  • Build and optimise email sequences
  • Improve conversion across the funnel
  • Run A/B tests and optimise performance

3. Paid Acquisition

  • Plan and run campaigns across:
    • Meta Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Google Ads
  • Manage budgets with a focus on CAC and ROI
  • Test creatives, audiences, and offers continuously

4. Campaign Execution

  • Launch campaigns end-to-end
  • Work with content and design teams
  • Own performance, not just delivery

5. Reporting & Optimisation

  • Track key metrics:
    • registrations
    • cost per acquisition
    • conversion rates
  • Turn insights into actions
  • Continuously improve performance

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 4+ years in growth, performance, or demand generation
  • Experience in events, media, or B2B environments is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results

Skills

  • Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing experience
  • Hands-on with paid ads and budget management
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Clear communicator in English
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns
