Job Purpose
Sell our great Saas Payroll & HR product to UK and global customers
Duties and Responsibilities
Take ownership of your ENT accounts
Manage the customer buying journey from beginning to end, providing guidance and expertise Develop a robust pipeline, team up and engage with your SDR and sales team, synergizing for optimal results Continuously refine and revamp sales approaches to stay ahead of the curve Ensure a seamless handover of deals to our delivery team post-closure, fostering a smooth transition for our valued customers Provide feedback to sales, marketing and product teams for continuous improvement Keep your eyes on the prize and meet & exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience in a Saas company selling ENT segment.
Demonstrate a proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK& I ENT segment (5000+ employees)
Showcase expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use
Up to speed on the latest and greatest UK labour laws and legislation
We are looking for a hunter with superb closing skills
Go-getter and self-staring mentality
You are committed to deliver top-notch customer service, turning clients into lifelong advocates
Comfortable in the spotlights conducting engaging demos in a pre-sales context
Thrive in a global remote team environment
