Senior Software Engineer on the Data Platform team, designing and building connectors, pipelines, and platform capabilities to enable Pave to serve enterprise customers at scale. You'll own integrations end-to-end — from connector design and data mapping through testing, rollout, and ongoing reliability. You will design and build new HRIS, EMS, ATS, and partner integrations, with a focus on enterprise-grade systems like Workday, BambooHR, and ADP. You'll build and improve observability tooling — monitoring, alerting, and debugging infrastructure that gives the team and customers confidence in pipeline health. You will partner with product and go-to-market to prioritize connector coverage and unblock key deals, and address systemic reliability and scalability issues in Pave’s data platform.
