We are currently hiring Czech-speaking Customer Support Advisors for an international team in Lisbon, Portugal.

This role involves supporting users of a leading global digital platform.

📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal

🏢 Work model: On-site

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via chat, email, and phone

• Assist users with account and platform-related questions

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Work with internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech

• Good English communication skills

• Strong customer service mindset

• Ability to work in rotating shifts

Salary & Benefits

• 920€ base salary × 14 months

• 45€ attendance bonus (11 months)

• Meal allowance 7.63€ per day

• Health insurance

• Relocation support (shared accommodation)
