Description du poste
- Lead specific HSE projects for BU Belgium-Luxembourg in collaboration with HS advisors and Environmental Coordinators.
- Become an independent trainer for BESIX core programmes, including BE SAFE and IOSH Managing Safely & Working Safely.
- Coordinate Head Office health and safety matters, including legal controls, maintenance, evacuations, and first aid organisation.
- Serve as HS Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various BESIX Group events, internships, and the legal entity BESIX Environment.
- Manage relationship with external prevention service, including risk analyses, medical exams, and specific projects.
- Perform site visits, facilitate safety inductions, and conduct Performance Rating Tool (PRT) assessments when required.
- Support tender processes, safety days, and the 3 green lights procedure as needed.
- Manage HS legal compliance for Head Office and BESIX Environment, supporting construction yards in this area.
- Participate in HS-related events and working groups to stay informed on new legislation and innovations.
- Assist in the induction process for new HSE colleagues in BU Belgium/Luxembourg.
- Develop and implement HSE training programmes tailored to specific roles and project requirements within the organisation.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations across all BESIX projects and facilities.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate HSE practices into project planning and execution phases.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations for preventive measures.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent BESIX in HSE-related matters, ensuring positive relationships and compliance with local and international standards.
