About the job: IT Business Solutions Manager (Hybrid) | Makati\n\nWork Setup: Hybrid (3x / week onsite) | Makati\n\nWork Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n1\u00a0\u00a0Strategic Partnership & Leadership:\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders (e.g., Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing) to understand their goals, challenges, and operational processes.\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Develop and own the technology roadmap for assigned business domains, aligning it with the overall corporate strategy.\n\n2\u00a0\u00a0Solution Discovery & Delivery:\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Oversee the entire lifecycle of business solution projects, from initial concept and business case development through to implementation and post-launch support.\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, document detailed user stories, and define scope for new initiatives.\n\n3\u00a0\u00a0Project & Portfolio Management:\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Define project success criteria, KPIs, and metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.\n\n4\u00a0\u00a0Business Process Optimization:\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0Analyze and model current and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Champion change management initiatives to ensure high user adoption and realization of business benefits.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nRequired:\n\n*\tBachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field.\n*\t7+ years of progressive experience in a business analysis, solutions architecture, or IT consulting role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.\n*\tProven experience leading the implementation of enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM) and/or custom application development projects.\n*\tStrong understanding of various software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).\n*\tDemonstrated experience in business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.\n\nPreferred:\n\n*\tMaster of Business Administration (MBA) or similar advanced degree.\n*\tProfessional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)\n*\tExperience in the health and HMO industry
