Role
SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant - Germany
Activities under your Responsibilities
- Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
- Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
- Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
- Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
What we are looking for
Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application. Involvement in implementations is a plus
In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
Fluent in English, German is a plus, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
