Job Purpose\n\nThe primary purpose of the Account Executive, is to drive the expansion of market share and mindshare, while achieving the Company’s annual sales targets within assigned territories. This role involves understanding clients' technology needs, promoting our Managed Services and VAR solutions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Trinidad and Tobago within the government and private sector in technology, and the ability to build and nurture relationships within local, in country clients.\n\nKey Results Areas\n\n1. Client Relationship Management:\n1. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and new clients.\n * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions.\n * Address prospect and client inquiries and concerns promptly.\n * Understand and anticipate client needs and implement appropriate long-term strategies.\n * Grow business by expanding our footprints with new customers.\n2. Sales and Revenue Generation:\n * Responsible for building a solid pipeline for new logo clients.\n * Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.\n * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base.\n * Sell managed services and push digital adoption for new and existing customer portfolios.\n3. Market Analysis: \n * Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and potential risks. \n * Leverage personal network and/or other networks to identify and pursue opportunities;\n4. Performance Metrics: \n * Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives while working through each opportunity with your manager.\n * Identify sales prospects and provide accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com.\n * Participate in training and professional development activities.\n * Follow-up with customers on open proposals and action items from meetings.\n5. Analyze customers business needs,\n * Identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.\n * Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities ensuring that all company products and services have been thoroughly presented and the sales cycle successfully executed
