Job Openings Facilities Engineer Associate - Alabang

TASQ is looking for a Senior Executive Facilities Engineer (Alabang Site) to start ASAP.

The pre-screening interview will be done over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:**

Facilities Services:

Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes as DRR admin
Manage multiple stakeholders and supervise support teams (security, technicians, housekeeping)
Implement site upkeep and maintenance programs
Provide logistics support for meetings and events
Handle communication operations and vendor coordination for courier services
Process PEZA requirement renewals and other government-mandated compliance documentation

Engineering Services:

Ensure compliance with mechanical and electrical safety standards
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant, machinery, and infrastructure
Manage civil, mechanical, electrical, electronic maintenance and minor modifications
Monitor voice communication and audio-conferencing systems
Coordinate service provider activities during disruptions
Oversee snag list closure for new infrastructure handovers

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Environmental, Health & Safety, or related)
PRC license is an advantage
Minimum 3 years experience in facilities or engineering support under a service desk environment
Certifications: Pollution Control Officer (PCO), Safety Officer 2 (SO2) preferred
Proficiency with SAP, AMS, AMBIT, MS Office
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Willingness to work onsite in Alabang with shifting schedules
Able to start ASAP
