Role Summary\n\nOwn the full sales cycle for services and systems integration deals across the State of Texas. This role is responsible for generating qualified pipeline, shaping requirements early, supporting responses to solicitations and RFOs/RFPs, and closing both new logo and expansion business. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of Texas public sector procurement and a consultative sales approach.\n\nAs an Account Executive at Nagarro, you will drive revenue by helping customers identify the right mix of implementation services, strategy consulting, and managed services. High-performing AEs thrive on building relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and delivering an effortless customer experience. You will build and manage your own pipeline while expanding accounts through strategic relationship-building.\n\nMust-Have Skills\n\n* Public Sector / Government sales experience\n* Sales and distribution expertise\n\nGood-to-Have Skills\n\n* Experience selling enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or ServiceNow\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Conduct extensive prospecting to build and maintain a robust pipeline across a broad territory\n* Actively participate in industry networking to identify new client prospects and revenue opportunities\n* Develop and sustain long-term relationships with senior business leaders to ensure strong customer alignment and satisfaction\n* Lead cross-functional internal teams to design, develop, and deliver customer-focused solutions that address both business and technical needs\n* Collaborate with subject matter experts to support pre-sales and post-sales strategies\n* Ensure all customer-facing deliverables meet quality standards and align with defined customer outcomes
