The ideal Senior Computer Operator will be responsible for completing daily data processing updates of confidential customer data.

Information Distribution - responsible for printing, retrieving, separating and examining hardcopy reports and customer notices and
dispatching them in a secure and confidential manner to intended recipients
Core Systems & Peripheral Equipment Operation
Incident / Problem Management - promptly detects and responds appropriately to problems with any monitored systems,
functioning as 1st level support by trouble-shooting all such
anomalies and issues
IT Service Continuity Management
Systems Availability Monitoring, Alerts, Response and Reporting - monitors all networks, servers, systems and other core applications to preserve confidentiality, reliability, availability and integrity of all systems and information.
Ensuring minimal downtime and timely and detailed logging and escalation of issues and anomalies to management and support as necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
Between 1 and 3 years of experience in software engineering and/or ICT
Experience in Database Management Operation
Proficient in object-oriented development
Able to effectively and quickly adapt new technology
Good communication skills
