Description

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit platforms, supporting our mission to deliver best-in-class recruiting solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and administering Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit to support business operations.
  • Building workflow automations and leveraging Zoho APIs for process efficiency.
  • Configuring custom modules and fields within Zoho to meet business requirements.
  • Integrating Zoho with other platforms using webhooks or iPaaS tools.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical and process documentation.
  • Supporting end-users through ticketing systems and delivering training for business systems.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of hands-on administration experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
  • Strong proficiency in workflow automation, custom module, and field configuration within Zoho platforms
  • Experience integrating Zoho with other systems using APIs, webhooks, or iPaaS tools
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical and process documentation
  • Ability to support users via ticketing systems and deliver end-user training
  • Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor and full-time during Eastern Time (EST) business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant Zoho certification(s)
  • Experience supporting users via ticketing processes
  • Experience delivering end-user training for business systems
