Whether you’re newly graduated or highly experienced, if you're passionate about working in the disability sector and want the freedom to tailor your caseload — we’d love to hear from you!\n\nAt Ability Action Australia, we’re committed to creating a work environment where you feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.\n\nWe are currently expanding our team in the Ipswich region and looking for OTs who enjoy being able to work from home with caseloads are allocated within 30mins of your home suburb.\n\nYour Role\n\nAs an OT in our team, you’ll make a meaningful difference through:\n* Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest\n* Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions\n* Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions\n* Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings\n* Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence\n* Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines\n* Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
