What you'll be doing:

Discovering customers’ needs and finding the right solution to suit them
Advising, selling, and connecting with customers when they enter the showroom
Perform other roles within the store, such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members or performing operational tasks on the sales floor
Staying relevant and updated with furniture trends, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions
Your success is measured by team and individual productivity

What you'll need to succeed:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A proven track record of customer centricity
Possess strong people skills - approachable, good listener, and empathetic
Willingness to learn and embrace Castlery guidelines, golden standards and vision
Good work ethics and can present yourself well
Flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
