JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the overall function and requirements of the production at designated plant,
• Confirm products status
• Monitor production achievement against target,
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement activities and culture,
• Ensure compliances to all the company rules, procedures and regulations among team members,
• Promote positive culture and teamwork among team members,
• Working together with HR Team to offer career and training development for team members,

Competency requirements:-

• Preference have experience with Manufacturing and Operations Manager or similar roles
• Preference from Automotive Parts manufacturing industries.
• Good communication skills
• No specific education field needed
