About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented students to join our Fresh Graduate Internship Program, specializing in Software Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), and Validation. This program offers outstanding local talents an accelerated career boost while participating in real-world software validation projects. Interns will gain hands-on experience in industry-standard testing practices, automation, and quality processes. The specific role and responsibilities will depend on the projects assigned and the student's placement within the QA team.

Key Responsibilities

Test Execution: Execute test cases based on requirements and specifications.
Automation: Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Defect Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Validation: Participate in validation activities to ensure software meets quality standards and user requirements.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression and re-testing to verify bug fixes and ensure system stability.
Collaboration: Work closely with QA engineers, developers, and project managers to achieve quality goals.
Continuous Learning: Take advantage of training sessions, workshops, and mentorship from experienced QA professionals.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or possessing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to ensure clear and concise communication with the global team.
Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar) is a plus.
Experience or coursework in software testing, QA methodologies, or validation is an advantage.
Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) for test automation.
Experience with development or testing tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, VS Code, or similar.
