Responsible for the mechanical design and development of automotive products. Review technical specifications to establish new projects or modifications. Solid knowledge in the design and evaluation of plastic and stamped components. Ensure that the design meets design parameters and customer requirements. Prepare and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM). Evaluate assembly feasibility, dimensional accuracy, and appearance of parts, subassemblies, and the final product. Develop and maintain technical procedures, documentation, and manuals. Solid knowledge in interpreting structural, thermal, and plastic injection simulations to make appropriate design adjustments. Collaborate as a project team member, being responsible for mechanical design-related topics, identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions to ensure quality and timely deliveries. Plan and coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance and strengthen team development.
