Duties :

1. Create and review technical training programs according to organisational requirements
2. Prepare training schedules٫ classroom agenda and training materials٫ such as presentations٫ worksheets and so on
3. Develop course content according to objectives
4. Perform and conduct on-site training when needed
5. Manage data on completed courses٫ absences٫ issues etc 6. Evaluate overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Requirements :

• Degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical, Computer, Information Technology, Mechanical)
• 3+ years' experience of working on ATM/CRM Engineer
• 1 year experience as a Technical Trainer position
• Preferably  with good communication and presentation skills Computers skills : Ms. Officer (Powerpoint, Ms. Excel) Language competency : English & Bahasa
