🚨 Hiring: Live Underwriting (4Cs Experience Mandatory)

🚨 Company: Sutherland 📍 Location: Navi Mumbai (WFH) 💼 Experience: 2–4 Years 🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (US Shift) 🗓️ Weekends Off: Any 2 rotational off ⚡ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred 📑 Employment Type: Full-Time

🏡 About the Role

Join our lending team as a Live Underwriter. You’ll evaluate loan applications, assess borrower creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with lending regulations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Review loan applications & financial docs
Analyze credit, income, tax returns & DTI ratios
Prepare underwriting summaries & recommend structures
Communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders
Reconcile accounts & prepare daily aging reports

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
1–3 years underwriting experience (manufactured housing preferred)
Excellent communication & analytical skills
Typing speed: 25 WPM with 80% accuracy
