We are hiring an L2 -Support with strong experience in server patching, firmware updates, and workstation/laptop patching. Candidate will be responsible for system maintenance, updates, and ensuring infrastructure stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Server patching and system updates
- Firmware updates for network equipment
- Patching for Windows & iOS workstations/laptops
- Ensure timely patch deployment and system security
- Basic troubleshooting and escalation support
- Maintain patching records and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Server Patching
- Hands-on experience in Firmware Updates for Network Equipment
- Experience in Windows & iOS Workstation/Laptop Patching
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Support & Maintenance
- Knowledge of System Security & Patch Management
