We are hiring an L2 -Support with strong experience in server patching, firmware updates, and workstation/laptop patching. Candidate will be responsible for system maintenance, updates, and ensuring infrastructure stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Server patching and system updates
Firmware updates for network equipment
Patching for Windows & iOS workstations/laptops
Ensure timely patch deployment and system security
Basic troubleshooting and escalation support
Maintain patching records and documentation

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Server Patching
Hands-on experience in Firmware Updates for Network Equipment
Experience in Windows & iOS Workstation/Laptop Patching
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Support & Maintenance
Knowledge of System Security & Patch Management
