Deal Desk Manager

This team partners deeply with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Accounting to structure smart, scalable deals that accelerate growth without introducing risk.
As a Deal Desk Manager, you’ll act as a strategic advisor on our most important and complex opportunities. You’ll help shape deal strategy, guide pricing and contract decisions, and bring clarity to ambiguity—all while keeping the business moving fast. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and likes being where decisions actually get made.
This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone to enable consistent collaboration with EMEA stakeholders when needed.
As a Deal Desk Manager, you will:
- Own deal strategy for complex opportunities by advising Sales on pricing, packaging, contract terms, and negotiation strategy—especially for enterprise and non-standard deals
- Drive deal execution end-to-end by reviewing and approving non-standard transactions within SLA while ensuring all approvals are obtained and aligned with revenue recognition, legal, and operational policies
- Act as the connective tissue across teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, RevOps, Accounting) to align on deal structure, mitigate risk, and remove blockers quickly
- Partner on non-standard deal structures to balance business impact with compliance, including revenue recognition and contractual considerations
- Identify and scale better ways of working by improving the Quote to Order process, leveraging AI tools, codifying best practices, and enabling the Sales team to move faster and smarter
