Responsibilities:\n\n* Ensures that the move from a current operational environment to a new one happens smoothly on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations. At the same time making sure smooth, timely, and risk-free transition of services from the external vendor to the internal team by developing and executing end-to-end transition plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.\n* Develop the transition plan, timeline, milestones, and risk register.\n* Coordinate activities across all technical and business teams.\n* Serve as the primary point of contact for transition-related issues.\n* Manage communication with executives, stakeholders, and the outgoing vendor.\n* Ensure compliance with contractual exit obligations.\n* Track and report progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.\n* Manage cutover and hypercare activities (stabilization period).\n* Ensure full knowledge transfer to internal staff is completed and validated.
