Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Program Management (HR / People Success) will support the design, execution, and optimization of HR programs across HR Function within the organization. This role focuses on driving HR process automation, policy governance, benefits analysis, and data-driven decision-making while partnering closely with Business, RevOps, Finance, IT, and Operations teams. The incumbent will play a key role in scaling people's processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling consistent employee experience in a fast-paced, on-site setup.
Key Responsibilities & What will you need to succeed in this role?
HR Process Automation & Digitalization
Identify, design, and implement HR process automation using RPA tools
Automate workflows across onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, and reporting
Optimize HR systems (Workday) for data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Partner with IT and vendors on system integrations and enhancements
Policy Formation & Governance
Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal controls, and audit requirements
Manage policy communication, change rollout, and adherence tracking
Continuously improve HR governance frameworks
Benefits & Compensation Analysis
Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, wellness, rewards)
Conduct market benchmarking and cost-benefit analysis
Partner with Finance on compensation structures and budget planning
Oversee vendor management and benefits administration
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Build HR dashboards and MIS using Power BI and Workday
Track key metrics: attrition, headcount, productivity, engagement
Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership
Support data-driven workforce planning and decision-making
Stakeholder & Leadership Management
Collaborate with business leaders, RevOps, and Contact Center leadership
Lead cross-functional HR programs and improvement initiatives
Present updates, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Mentor junior HR team members and drive accountability
People Programs & Engagement
Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning
Drive employee engagement, experience, and culture initiatives
Partner with HRBPs on employee relations and change management
Support onboarding, transitions, and organizational changes
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in HR Program Management, HR Operations, or People Success roles
Prior exposure to BPO / Contact Center / operations-driven environments preferred
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
Strong proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards (Power BI, Advanced Excel)
Working knowledge of HR process automation and RPA tools
Sound understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced on-site setup
