ForbesLive is seeking a Summer 2026 intern to join our collaborative team, focusing on providing support to our Logistics & Programming. Responsibilities include: researching venues, speakers, production partners, and contacts; crafting email copy; assisting with pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up; supporting event logistics at Forbes event space in New York and other locations; managing administrative tasks; maintaining inventory and calendars; sourcing venues/vendors; collaborating across revenue teams for event execution. Ideal candidate is a current college student (preferably Junior or Senior) based in the New York Metropolitan Area, able to travel and work evenings/weekends. Internship details: paid, approximately 40 hours/week, mid-June to mid-August; hourly rate $21.00. Location constraint notes indicate role may be fully remote within the U.S. for some positions but currently open to candidates residing in listed states.
