Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of verified experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist, preferably with international clientele
- Exceptional English communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in utilizing lead generation software and leveraging online marketing channels
- Familiarity with contemporary technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
- Competence in using word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office
- Understanding of online calendar platforms and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar
- Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging communication proficiencies
- Technologically adept with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
- Able to work the night-shift.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivate rapport and foster positive professional relationships with customers and clients.
- Source potential sales leads and gather their contact information from diverse channels (e.g., social media, client referrals, events, online platforms, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to engage and integrate leads into impactful campaigns.
- Establish and manage a sales prospecting database or CRM system, ensuring the accuracy of all details.
- Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls to maintain communication and facilitate progress.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and industry benchmarks.
- Formulate and implement criteria to assess lead quality and monitor conversion rates.
- Attend to miscellaneous tasks as needed.
