Job Description
Our client, a global leader in digital payments and financial services, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Campaign Execution to support a large-scale, integrated marketing program for a leading enterprise organization in the workforce and payroll solutions space. This role will be embedded within the client’s marketing organization and will focus on driving execution for campaigns promoting prepaid debit card products.
This is a highly execution-focused role ideal for a hands-on marketing program manager who excels in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex workflows, and ensuring seamless delivery across multi-channel campaigns.
The Details:
- Location: Remote within the U.S.
- Duration: Through end of 2026 with the possibility of extension (must be able to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship)
- Campaign Scope: Large-scale, integrated marketing program (~$4M annual budget)

Role Summary:
The Senior Marketing Manager will act as the operational driver for a complex, multi-channel marketing campaign. Working from an established strategy, this individual will translate high-level plans into executable workstreams, manage day-to-day delivery, and ensure alignment across creative, media, analytics, and partner teams.
This role requires strong program management discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, cross-company environment.
What you’ll do:
Campaign Execution & Program Management
- Translate high-level campaign strategies into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end execution across creative, content, media, analytics, and partner marketing workstreams.
- Own production schedules, content calendars, approvals, and workflow management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate asset development and campaign activation readiness across internal and external teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing, product, analytics, and agency teams.
- Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and handoffs between stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, briefs, trackers, and meeting cadences to ensure accountability.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Provide regular updates on campaign status, timelines, risks, and key decisions.
- Prepare executive-ready summaries, dashboards, and milestone reports.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, driving resolution across teams.
Performance Tracking & Optimization Support
- Partner with analytics teams to track KPIs and gather performance insights.
- Support ongoing campaign optimization by coordinating adjustments across workstreams.
- Assist in developing performance reports for leadership stakeholders.
Agency & Partner Coordination
- Manage relationships with agencies and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistency and compliance across all campaign deliverables.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 6–9+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign execution, or program management roles.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-channel marketing programs in complex environments.
- Experience in enterprise organizations (e.g., fintech, financial services, HR tech, or B2B SaaS) preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong project and program management capabilities with experience managing timelines, approvals, and workflows.
- Experience working across matrixed teams and cross-company partnerships.
- Solid understanding of marketing campaign operations, creative workflows, and content production.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and support performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable operating with minimal oversight and managing upward effectively.
Additional Information
The starting pay range for this role is $65.00 - $70.00 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
