About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative, youll be the voice of leading global companies, assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience at every interaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages in Italian

  • Provide product or service information and resolve customer issues

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system
