You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates who will contribute to improving healthcare services.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various healthcare positions.
Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine job requirements and candidate profiles.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems.
Build and nurture a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ recruiting experience, ideally in the healthcare industry.
Deep understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to work remotely and flexibly within the US Eastern Time Zone.
