We are looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join our team in Romania.

You will play a key role in designing and operating scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure, and help drive DevOps culture across our development teams.

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform services across one or more cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Use automation extensively to deploy, configure, manage, and monitor systems in support of our products and their development teams
• Drive and support continuous integration and continuous deployment initiatives
• Own and evolve infrastructure-as-code practices across the organization
• Contribute to service capacity planning, demand forecasting, and cost optimization
• Resolve service problems and act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
• Evaluate and evolve ongoing design, architecture, standards, and methods for P3 infrastructure and systems
• Mentor and share knowledge with other team members; support their development through guidance and feedback
• Collaborate closely with development teams and IT management across our international locations

Must-have:

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical knowledge
• 4+ years in IT environments, with at least 3+ years in a DevOps or platform engineering role
• Advanced knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP); multi-cloud experience is a plus
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Azure Bicep, or CloudFormation)
• Experience with container orchestration, Kubernetes in production environments
• Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix administration
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or automation language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go)
• Understanding of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies
• Strong grasp of network fundamentals and cloud security concepts
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with service mesh and microservices architectures
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
• Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (e.g. CKA, AWS Solutions Architect, AZ-104, or equivalent)
