Purpose of Position

BSIジャパンが提供する研修コースのオペレーション業務を行う

勤務体系：ハイブリッド（出社週３日）*試用期間中は基本出社

勤務時間：9:00-17:30

早出8:40　遅番18:30(月数回あり)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

研修（集合研修、オンライン研修、オンデマンド研修、インハウス研修）に関する以下の業務を実施する
・　研修会場（外部施設も含む）の手配

・　研修の会場・機材の手配・維持

・　研修の機材セットアップ

・　講師アサイン

・　教材・規格書手配

・　受講の受付及び受講者への通知

・　受付情報の部内への連絡

・　請求書の作成・発行及び送付

・　試験対応（オンライン・実地試験の試験監督）

・　受講者からの問い合わせ対応

・　グローバル及びAPAC主導のプロジェクトへの参画
新規サービス導入支援（グローバルとの連携）
営業支援業務（お客様との打ち合わせに参加・同行）
ビジネスプロセス改善（グローバル連携）
以下のデータの作成のサポート

・　月次売上管理表

・　月次外部講師利用状況一覧表

・　月次棚卸報告書

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

大学卒業又は同等の学歴
英語でビジネスコミュニケーションができるレベル
ビジネスプロセスを理解し遂行及び、リーダーシップをとっていく能力
熱心で献身的なチームプレイヤ
顧客対応能力、コミュニケーション能力
管理/計画能力を持ち、自発的で柔軟な姿勢
業務システム等の十分なITスキル（SAP等の業務システムに関する業務経験があればなお良い）
