About the Role:
- As a Senior Visa Document Agent, you will be a crucial part of helping clients throughout their travel or immigration process.
- Your responsibilities will include collecting and reviewing key documents, ensuring their accuracy and completeness, and delivering timely updates to facilitate case progress.
- You will proactively communicate with clients, resolve documentation issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless process in line with company standards.
Qualifications:
Relevant Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in technical support, documentation, or administrative roles, preferably in a process-oriented environment.
Clear Communication
Outstanding verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally.
Attention to Detail
Consistently maintain high accuracy when reviewing and organizing client documents.
Strong Organization
Effectively manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and prioritizing important tasks.
Client-Focused Mindset
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions, especially when addressing concerns or delays.
Technical Proficiency
Confidently utilize internal tools such as the Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, Google Sheets, and task management software.

Anticipate potential issues and take initiative to resolve them swiftly and effectively.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate well with colleagues across departments and provide support as needed.
Reliability and Initiative
Manage responsibilities independently and contribute to improving processes whenever possible.
