The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Sr. Technical Recruiter based in LATAM to spearhead our engineering growth. We aren't looking for someone to just match keywords; we need a partner with deep technical literacy who understands the engineering craft. With a strong agency background, you don't just wait for applicants to land in your inbox, you proactively hunt for talent, leveraging a deep regional network to find high-caliber Full Stack, Front-End, and Back-End engineers who aren't even on the market yet.

What You’ll Do

  • Source: Proactively hunt for top-tier engineering talent across LATAM using your existing network and advanced sourcing techniques.

  • AI-Proof Vetting: Go beyond the checklist. You’ll develop creative screening questions and hands-on scenarios designed to test a candidate's actual logic and problem-solving skills, ensuring they have the "depth" that AI can't mimic.

  • Technical Vetting: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical competency, English proficiency, and cultural fit.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a "white-glove" experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on regional salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor moves.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically for software engineering roles (Tech Lead, Full Stack, Front-End, Back-End, DevOps).

  • You have a background in a fast-paced recruitment agency. You are used to high volume, tight deadlines, and the "hustle" required to close competitive roles.

  • You have a "ready-to-go" pipeline of technical talent in LATAM and a deep understanding of the regional tech ecosystem.

  • You can confidently discuss technologies such as:

    • Front-End: React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript.

    • Back-End: Node.js, Python, Go, Java, .NET.

    • Database/Infra: PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.

  • Full professional fluency in English.
