Faccelove is a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand serving thousands of customers worldwide every day. Our mission is to help people preserve and enhance their natural beauty through innovative products and meaningful brand experiences.

We are looking for a a detail-oriented and proactive Disputes Agent to handle customer complaints, chargebacks, and refund requests. The ideal candidate is experienced in e-commerce customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can resolve disputes professionally while protecting the company’s interests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer disputes, complaints, and refund requests
  • Handle chargebacks and payment-related issues using tools like Shopify and Zendesk
  • Investigate order issues, transaction discrepancies, and customer claims
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to resolve conflicts
  • Collaborate with the support team on escalated issues
  • Maintain accurate records of disputes and resolutions
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and reduce future disputes

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
  • Proven experience in customer service and e-commerce support (required)
  • Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, and other support tools (required)
  • Experience managing disputes, refunds, or chargebacks
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Slack or other team communication platforms
  • Ability to work consistently 6-7 days a week
