Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels

  • Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and orders

  • Troubleshoot customer issues by gathering details and using resources such as manuals, knowledge bases, and internal tools

  • Deliver every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach

  • Log and track cases carefully to ensure transparency and smooth resolution

  • Follow internal procedures to maintain a consistently high level of service

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a similar role

  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Confidence working with computers, ticketing tools, and digital platforms

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to work shift hours MondayFriday + compensated bank holidays
