Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and client transition projects.
Collaborate with internal teams (IT Ops, ISG, Risk, and Business) and external clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, risk logs, and handover reports.
Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
Support site IT managers in executing internal IT initiatives such as server/network refreshes, telephony upgrades, and cloud transformation.
Ensure compliance with information security policies and adhere to risk guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, security, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and internet-based tools.
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
