Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices); \n \n> 3. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search); \n \n> 4. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews; \n \n> 5. Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels; \n \n> 6. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases; \n \n> 7. Solid organizational and time-management abilities; \n \n> 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; \n \n> 9.
