Executive Assistant to the Managing Principal (UK-Based M&A & Advisory)
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 admin job. This is close-proximity support for a fast-moving operator working across growth, M&A, and advisory. We are looking for a true "force multiplier"—someone with high standards who can thrive in a high-pace environment where the expectation is that you think, not just execute.

Google Workspace & Microsoft 365: Confident and fluent in Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Word, and Excel. CRM: Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or the ability to learn contact and pipeline management fast. AI Tools: Proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools is non-negotiable. Logistics: Confidence managing multi-timezone logistics and professional platforms like Slack and Zoom.
Key Responsibilities You are expected to get across the business quickly, ask smart questions, and take ownership of the following:
- Strategic Inbox Management: Filing, sorting, and responding to ensure the Principal only deals with what is essential.
- Operational Liaison: Dealing with vendors, solicitors, and accountants on the Principal's behalf.
- Sales Support: Qualifying prospects, booking discovery calls, and following up on leads to keep the pipeline moving.
- Client Experience: Overhauling onboarding to create "WOW" moments and gathering client case studies.
- Financial Administration: Managing invoicing, chasing overdue payments, and organizing expenses for the bookkeeper.
