JOB SUMMARY

The Enterprise Account Manager for APAC is responsible for driving adoption and usage of Revizto across a portfolio of named Enterprise customers. The primary objective of the role is to grow Monthly Active Users (MAU), strengthen customer outcomes, and protect long-term retention by ensuring Revizto becomes embedded in the customer's workflows. You will own the day-to-day relationship and adoption plan within your Enterprise book of business. You will build executive sponsorship, expand usage across teams and projects, and lead structured value reviews to demonstrate impact. While Enterprise Sales Executives retain ownership of commercial negotiations and contracting, you will partner closely with them by creating the conditions for successful renewal and expansion.
You will work closely with Enterprise Sales, Client Services, Industry Consultants, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver a coordinated customer experience and measurable adoption.

WHERE YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Enterprise book of business management

  • Manage a portfolio of named Enterprise customers, with clear segmentation and account plans focused on adoption and value
  • Build strong relationships across the account, from power users to senior decision makers
  • Assist in maintaining accurate account plans and customer engagement history in the CRM to ensure visibility and coordination across teams
  • Keep track of customers’ expansion strategy, and projects portfolio incl. customer tenders, awarded projects, etc.

Adoption and MAU growth

  • Drive customer adoption plans that increase MAU across projects, teams, and region
  • Identify workflow opportunities that expand Revizto's footprint, such as new use cases, new disciplines, or new business units
  • Monitor usage and engagement signals, identify risk early, and run re-engagement actions to prevent drop off
  • Coordinate enablement, training, and change management approaches tailored to different user groups

Executive engagement and value realisation

  • Build and maintain executive sponsorship to support standardisation of Revizto as part of the customer's operating model
  • Lead structured Executive QBRs and value reviews, using usage insights and outcomes to demonstrate ROI and efficiency gains
  • Translate product adoption into business impact narratives that resonate with senior leadership

Renewal and expansion support

  • Partner with the Enterprise Sales Executive on renewal and expansion strategy, including account planning, stakeholder mapping, and timing
  • Surface expansion opportunities based on usage patterns and business needs, and coordinate the internal team to support successful execution
  • Anticipate risks early and drive mitigation plans to protect retention and customer satisfaction
  • Use usage insights and account data to identify risk, prioritise actions, and support renewal readiness

Customer engagement and collaboration

  •  Work closely with Enterprise Industry Consultants on onboarding, adoption acceleration, and customer enablement
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve playbooks, messaging, and customer outcomes

WHO YOU ARE

  • Residing and authorized to work in Australia
  • Proven experience managing and growing B2B SaaS customers in an Enterprise environment
  • Experience in AECO, BIM, and complex project environments
  • Strong track record driving adoption metrics (usage, active users, stickiness) and leading structured account plans
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and building sponsorship by presenting a clear value story supported by metrics
  • Able to run high-quality business conversations with a KPI mindset, including Executive QBRs and value reviews
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, stay concise, and adapt to technical and executive audiences
  • Highly organised, disciplined with CRM hygiene, and comfortable working with data to guide priorities and actions
  • Performance focused, highly organised, and comfortable managing both a strategic account base and long Enterprise sales cycles
  • Collaborative, proactive and credible; you work well with Marketing, Industry Consultants, and Enterprise Sales Executives
  • Ethical and trusted; you represent the Company's values, protect its reputation, and are coachable and open to feedback
  • Comfortable working in a remote, international organisation and collaborating across time zones and cultures
  • Willing to spend significant time in the field with customers, including travel to offices, project sites, and industry events when needed
