Shift Manager position at EZCORP brand EZPAWN. Pay range is based on experience from $17.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour. Complete the initial 5-week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker upon completion of the program. Responsibilities include leading Team Members, coaching, processing loans and extensions, opening/closing store procedures, supervising Team Members, and promoting sales for pawn items. Requirements include high school diploma or GED, minimum 1 year supervisory or team lead experience, background check and drug test, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and related pawn knowledge; bilingual a plus.
