Salesforce Developer

  • Role: Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Salesforce development team and ensure timely, quality delivery

  • Own and drive end-to-end technical design and development using Salesforce platform

  • Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales and Service Cloud

    Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Ensure quality and adherence to coding standards and best practices

  • Manage project timelines, resourcing, and technical challenges

  • Provide leadership during hyper-care and production transition

  • Drive adoption of best practices in development and delivery standards

Required Experience & Certifications

  • 58 years of total development experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce

  • Expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Communities

  • Strong understanding of Web Technologies: JavaScript, Ajax, SOAP, CSS, Bootstrap

  • Hands-on experience with data migration and version control systems (e.g., GitHub)

  • Experience with SSO, ERP integrations, and Agile methodologies

  • Certifications:

    • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Mandatory

    • Sales Cloud Consultant Mandatory

    • Service Cloud Consultant Mandatory

    • Admin and other Salesforce certifications Preferred
