Job Description
Monitor and analyze sales performance across products and sales territories.
Support incentive calculation and sales performance reporting.
Maintain and update customer and territory data to support SFE (SFE, Sales Force Effectiveness) initiatives.
Prepare regular Sales performance reports and dashboard.
Office Management: Manage incoming calls, visitor reception, and mail/parcel handling, Coordinate office supply procurement and inventory managemen.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance: Support laptop procurement and device setup for New joiners and leavers.
Coordinate Company website maintenance with external vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred 2–5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), commercial operations, sales data analysis, business support functions.
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint skill sets are must to have
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
Experience in sales performance analysis, incentive management, and commercial reporting is an advantage.
Experince in Office Management as Adminitrative work is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills & Communication skill
