About the Job:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HRTS Analyst to join our client's team and support the delivery of efficient and scalable HR technology solutions. In this role, you will assist in implementing system enhancements, supporting HRIS projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR technology platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize processes that support core HR functions. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with Workday HCM and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HRTS Supervisor in system implementations and process improvement initiatives.
- Support HR technology projects, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Maintain and administer HR technology applications across functions such as time tracking, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruiting, and payroll.
- Configure system settings, manage user access, and ensure system security and integrations align with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems and integrations, providing timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of solid experience in Workday HCM configuration and supporting HR business processes.
- Experience in HR Tech, Shared Services, or BPO is a big plus.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately, if possible.
