We are seeking a highly skilled Prop Trading Risk Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the stability and security of our proprietary trading operations by implementing and maintaining robust risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Policy Execution: Enforce and execute risk policies for proprietary trading, ensuring all trading activities comply with established risk management frameworks.
Monitoring & Assessment: Continuously monitor trading risks, including market exposure, liquidity constraints, and volatility, to mitigate potential threats.
Data Analysis & Pattern Recognition: Utilize data analysis tools and pattern recognition techniques to identify abnormal trading behaviors, unauthorized activities, or inefficiencies.
Real-Time Risk Management: Perform live risk checks on trading positions, ensuring adherence to internal risk limits.
Strategy Development: Develop and refine risk execution strategies to ensure risk models are aligned with real-world trading scenarios.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with trading teams to provide actionable insights, supporting new trading initiatives such as Futures trading.
Proven experience in risk management within the proprietary trading or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of trading strategies, financial instruments, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, pattern recognition, and risk assessment techniques.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with traders and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Futures trading risk management.
Familiarity with risk management software and trading platforms.
