Business Development Representative

As a BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and qualifying potential clients. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and qualify high-potential leads through research and discovery calls
Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and appointment-setting targets
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Follow structured sales processes and performance tracking systems
1–3+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Highly organised with strong time management abilities
Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Preferred:
- Experience in SaaS, tech, digital marketing, or B2B services
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools
- Experience working with international clients
