We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join one of our international client teams. This role is ideal for candidates with outbound sales experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy generating new business opportunities.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and qualifying potential clients. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives

  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and appointment-setting targets

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies

  • Follow structured sales processes and performance tracking systems

  • 1–3+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills

  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Highly organised with strong time management abilities

  • Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, digital marketing, or B2B services
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools
  • Experience working with international clients
