You implement cross-country projects to reduce claims costs operationally, from planning to success tracking You analyze data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support business cases and ROI analyses You drive strategic insurance initiatives, RfP processes, and digital transformation projects proactively You prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders You coordinate international, cross-functional teams and align closely with Country Teams, Insurance, IT, Fleet Management, and Finance You organize workshops, meetings, and trainings, ensuring smooth communication across all project participants
