Principal Product Designer
Added 5 days agoPrincipal Product Designer in the Customer Experience Group, you'll lead through design and own the strategy that brings our product experiences to life. You'll be the driving force behind creating thoughtful, end-to-end solutions deeply rooted in customer needs, leveraging Design Thinking to ensure our products are as valuable as they are delightful.
This role is where strategic vision meets hands-on design: You'll influence and lead product direction, make high-impact decisions, and ensure every solution is grounded in empathy, research, and business insight.

- You have a track record of defining UX direction. Not just delivering against it.
- You’ve set vision, built design strategy, and shaped what "great" looks like in a product area.

- You’re a systems thinker who sees the whole experience, not just individual screens, and you design accordingly.
- You’re deeply customer-obsessed, with a history of turning research into insight and insight into strategy.
- You’re an excellent collaborator who raises the bar for the teams around you, through craft, clarity, and conviction.
- You have mastery of design tools (Figma and beyond), a solid command of design systems and accessibility, and the range to move from high-level strategy to high-fidelity execution.
- You’ve contributed to design culture. Whether through mentorship, process improvement, or helping a team level up its practice
